Repair Services

Anera's customers from all territories are required to apply RMA
number for repair service. Anera will determine product warranty
based on unit manufacture date and begin repair service process.
All products repaired by Anera under warranty shall be solely at
the direction of and for sale to customer in accordance with the
statement of work.

     
Warranty
Anera Technology warrants that all Anera products are to be free
from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date
of purchase.Under this Agreement, the "Services" shall mean any
and all services in connection with the Anera Products within the limitation of the product's warranty but not limited to, start-up,
repair, parts replacement services, maintenance or warranty
services and any other after sales-services.
